It’s almost the end of September. I can’t believe the time flies so quickly. We should cherish the small things.

That’s why I’ve decided to share with you a plum cake recipe. I baked this cake today.

It’s a very quick cake you can make in 15 minutes (+ baking time).

Plum is one of my favourite colours. I was inspired by the flowers I got from my best friend (that match my sofa, in fact)

and a poem This is Just to Say by William Carlos Williams (1883-1963). I first read it when I was in high school and I love to come back to it every so often.
